On March 17, 2005, Kim was convicted of perjury and conspiracy, but acquitted of obstruction of justice charges. She was sentenced to a year and a day in prison and fined $50,000 for this conviction.

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. Two of 29 cadets training to become city firefighters have felony convictions, but the city is prohibited from excluding them under Civil Service Commission policies. One of the cadets was convicted of first- and third-degree larceny in 1999.

Police can lie to you legally... if you lie to them it's a felony. Police are allowed to lie to you, make up that other evidence exists, and still question you to try to get you to incriminate yourself.
